Whole Wheat Strawberry Banana Bread

Main Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Bananas, mashed
- 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the honey, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the mashed bananas and chopped strawberries.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
