Shape the dough into a rectangle, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle, fold into thirds, and repeat the rolling and folding process 3 more times.
Chill the dough for another 30 minutes before using.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the dough to desired thickness and cut into shapes. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
