  • 1 lb Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Layer the pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seams to seal.
  5. Place the log seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
