- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 0.75 cup Water
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Add the olive oil and water, and mix until a dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one out very thin using a rolling pin.
Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
Let cool before serving.
