Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1.5 cups Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and transfer to a greased baking sheet. Spread it out to fit the sheet.
  7. 7. Make indentations all over the dough with your fingers. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic and rosemary.
  8. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
