Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
5. Cover the rolls with a clean towel and let them rise for 20 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Let the rolls cool on a wire rack before serving.
