Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and instant yeast.
Add warm water, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball.
Place the buns in a steamer lined with parchment paper. Cover and let them rise for another 15 minutes.
Steam the buns over medium-high heat for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
