- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- ¾ cup Brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 Ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup Fresh blueberries
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
Mix in the mashed bananas. Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
