Zucchini Carrot Banana Whole Wheat Bread
This is a wholesome bread recipe combining zucchini, carrot, and banana with whole wheat flour.

- 1 cup Grated Zucchini
- 1 cup Grated Carrot
- 2 Mashed Bananas ripe
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the grated zucchini, grated carrot, and mashed bananas.
Add the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
