Zaatar Pull Apart Rolls

Dough
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
 - 1 tablespoon Sugar
 - 2 teaspoon Salt
 - 1 tablespoon Instant yeast
 - 1 cup Warm water
 - 2 tablespoon Olive oil
 
Topping
- ¼ cup Olive oil
 - 3 tablespoon Zaatar
 
 
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil, mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Divide the dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with zaatar.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
