Ingredients 

Dough

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Instant yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Topping

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Zaatar

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Divide the dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with zaatar.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
