  • 1 cup Water lukewarm
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs optional, for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten it out to about ½ inch thick.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle dried herbs on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
