Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water lukewarm
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried herbs optional, for topping
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten it out to about ½ inch thick.
Optionally, sprinkle dried herbs on top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
