Yeasted Buckwheat Bread

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Buckwheat flour
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add buckwheat flour, all-purpose flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
