Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Active Dry Yeast
- 3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place on a greased baking sheet.
Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
