Ingredients 

Dough

  • 300 g All-purpose flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 5 g Salt
  • 6 g Instant yeast
  • 180 ml Milk warm
  • 1 piece Egg beaten
  • 30 g Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Add warm milk and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Add softened butter and continue kneading until fully incorporated.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions. Roll each portion into a long strip and then roll up like a wool roll.
  6. Place the rolled dough into a greased baking pan. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
