Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
Add warm milk and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Add softened butter and continue kneading until fully incorporated.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions. Roll each portion into a long strip and then roll up like a wool roll.
Place the rolled dough into a greased baking pan. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
