Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Winter Squash Puree
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 packet Active Dry Yeast
- 0.5 cup Warm Water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add squash puree, olive oil, sugar, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes.
4. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
