  • 4 Hot Dogs
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Dissolve yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast mixture. Add oil and eggs. Mix until dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead dough for 10 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Wrap each piece around a hot dog.
  6. 6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
