Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 packet Active Dry Yeast
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add whole wheat flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
6. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet. Add your favorite toppings.
7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked.
