Instructions

  2. Gradually add warm water and molasses, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
  5. Roll each ball into a flat circle using a rolling pin.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
