Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. 2. Select the dough cycle and start.
  3. 3. Once the cycle is complete, remove the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces.
  4. 4. Shape each piece into a bun and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. 5. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
