Whole Wheat Beer Bread
A simple, hearty bread made with whole wheat flour and beer. No yeast required!

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup honey
- 12 oz beer
- ¼ cup melted butter
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the honey and beer. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drizzle the melted butter on top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
