  • 1 cup Warm Water 110°F
  • 2.25 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. Add whole wheat flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and roll it out to your desired thickness.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet, add your favorite toppings, and bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
