Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¾ cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  2. 2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
  5. 5. Roll out each ball into a flat oval shape.
  6. 6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
