Unleavened Cornbread Recipe
A simple, traditional unleavened cornbread recipe.

- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, and salt.
Add the milk and vegetable oil, and whisk until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
