  • 1 tablespoon Yeast active dry

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring continuously until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Punch down the dough and shape it as desired. Place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool before serving.
