- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sunflower seeds toasted
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Warm water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sunflower seeds, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
7. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
