Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Chopped dried plums
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chopped dried plums. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
