  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add strawberry jam and mix well.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
