Strawberry Beer Bread with Fresh Basil

- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup Beer
- ¼ cup Fresh basil, chopped
- ¼ cup Melted butter
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add chopped strawberries and fresh basil to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour in the beer and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drizzle melted butter on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
