Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 4 cups Spelt Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add warm water, honey, and olive oil to the bread machine pan.
  2. 2. Add beaten eggs to the pan.
  3. 3. Add spelt flour, salt, and active dry yeast.
  4. 4. Set the bread machine to the dough cycle and start.
  5. 5. Once the dough cycle is complete, remove the dough and shape it into a braid.
  6. 6. Place the braided dough on a baking sheet and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. 8. Bake the challah for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
