- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon melted butter for brushing
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and heavy cream until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
Pat the dough to about ½ inch thickness and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
