  • 2 tablespoon melted butter for brushing

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and heavy cream until a dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  4. Pat the dough to about ½ inch thickness and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter.
  5. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
