  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Water Room temperature

Instructions 

  1. Mix the flour and water in a glass jar.
  2. Cover with cheesecloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
  3. Feed the starter with equal parts flour and water daily for 5-7 days until bubbly and active.
