Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 250 g Sourdough starter active and bubbly
  • 200 ml Water room temperature
  • 10 g Salt
  • 50 g Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sourdough starter, and water. Mix until a rough dough forms.
  2. 2. Add the salt and softened butter. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  3. 3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 4-6 hours, or until doubled in size.
  4. 4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into rolls. Place them on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
