Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, and sourdough starter. Mix until a rough dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Add the salt to the dough and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a clean bowl, cover, and let it ferment at room temperature for 24 hours.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each into a ball.
Roll out each dough ball on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add your favorite toppings.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
