  • 100 g Sourdough starter Active and bubbly
  • 10 g Salt
  • 30 g Olive oil

Instructions

  2. 2. Add the water, sourdough starter, and olive oil. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it ferment at room temperature for 24 hours.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  6. 6. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and roll each out to your desired thickness.
  7. 7. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet, add your favorite toppings, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
