Ingredients 

Dough

  • 500 g Bread Flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 350 ml Water
  • 100 g Sourdough Starter active
  • 50 ml Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour and salt.
  2. 2. Add the water and sourdough starter. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rest for 12 hours.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. 6. Spread the dough onto the baking sheet, dimple the surface with your fingers, and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. 7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. 8. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
