  • 1 cup Sourdough discard
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough discard, flour, water, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan.
  4. 4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. 5. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
