Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Bread Flour
  • 350 g Water Room temperature
  • 150 g Sourdough Starter Active and bubbly
  • 10 g Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour and water. Mix until just combined. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the sourdough starter and salt to the dough. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough ferment at room temperature for 12 hours.
  4. 4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. 5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide it into four equal pieces. Shape each piece into a flat, oblong loaf.
  6. 6. Transfer the loaves to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. 7. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
