Main Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Finely chopped onions
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
2. Add sugar, salt, and 1 cup of flour. Beat until smooth.
3. Stir in remaining flour to form a soft dough.
4. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.
5. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
6. Punch dough down. Divide into 8 pieces; shape each into a roll. Place on a greased baking sheet.
7. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
8. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter.
