Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk warmed
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add softened butter, salt, and 2 cups of flour. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the remaining flour to form a soft dough. Knead for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down dough and divide into 12 pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
