Main Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
 - 1 cup Milk warmed
 - ¼ cup Sugar
 - 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
 - ½ cup Butter softened
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 
 
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add softened butter, salt, and 2 cups of flour. Mix until smooth.
Gradually add the remaining flour to form a soft dough. Knead for about 5-7 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down dough and divide into 12 pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
