Flatbread Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¾ cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
Add warm water and olive oil, mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a flat circle.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Brush with minced garlic and serve warm.
