- 2 cups Shredded cereal
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoon Honey
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cereal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and honey.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
