Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. Add warm water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. 6. Punch down the dough, divide it into three equal parts, and braid them together.
  7. 7. Place the braided dough on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
