Main Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1.5 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each into an oval.
Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
