Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ¾ cup Warm water
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
Add the vegetable oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Roll each ball into a flat circle using a rolling pin.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
