Ingredients 

Starter Ingredients

  • 100 g Rye flour
  • 100 ml Water Room temperature

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rye flour and water. Stir until well mixed.
  2. 2. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
  3. 3. After 24 hours, check for bubbles. If bubbles are present, your starter is active. If not, let it sit for another 24 hours.
