- 500 g All-purpose flour
- 10 g Salt
- 7 g Dry yeast
- 350 ml Warm water
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.
2. Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf. Place it on a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
8. Let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
