Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 250 ml Milk warm
  • 7 g Active dry yeast
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 5 g Salt
  • 60 g Butter melted
  • 2 Eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add beaten eggs, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. 3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Punch down the dough, shape it as desired, and place on a baking sheet. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
