Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup Water Warm

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add oil and warm water. Knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each paratha until golden brown on both sides.
