  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Warm water 110°F
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast 2 ¼ tsp

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Stir until the dough begins to come together.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 2-4 portions. Roll each portion into a round pizza base.
  7. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
