Raisin Batter Bread
This is a simple and delicious raisin batter bread recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the raisins.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
